Short Bio

Since 2013 I am Senior Economist at the Research Division of Sveriges Riksbank. Prior to that I was Research Associate at the UCL Department of Economics.

Education

I earned my PhD in Economics at the EUI Economics Department. The title of my thesis is “Three Essays on Financial Markets and Banking”.

I started my studies in economics at the University of Mannheim where I graduated as “Diplom Volkswirt” in 2007. In the academic year 2005/2006 I was visiting student at the PhD program in economics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Teaching

I was lecturer for the 3rd year Economics course Industrial Economics II: Dynamic Industrial Organization (ECON3013) at the University College London in 2011/2012 and 2012/2013.
